Mentoring of Self-Coached Athletes
Are you an experienced athlete who has been designing and executing your training with good effect but you struggle to sometimes rationalise the best direction to take your running moving forward? Would you benefit from a mentor’s input to get an impartial second opinion about your training plans, racing schedule, injury concerns? Has your training plateaued and you want someone to provide a fresh pair of eyes?
Mentoring can assist in providing an outside perspective with less emotional commitment to the outcome but total investment in the process.
A minimum contract of 6 months is required to allow for an improvement in performance to be seen through settling into the mentoring relationship and having time to impact on your racing.
Training schedule provided by athlete, access provided online
Weekly review and discussion via e-mail / phone / skype
£40 per month block
