Face 2 Face Endurance Training for Groups or Individuals

Do you belong to a club, running or non-running, that would benefit from enhanced baseline endurance training so that team members can execute the skills based element of your sport more effectively?  For skills to be effectively executed, team members need to have a good standard of aerobic fitness and it needs to be sustainable for the entirety of the session.

Why not invest time as part of your training on enhancing your team’s fitness level which will pay dividends in their skills execution.

Face-2-Face coaching is also available for individual athletes.  This might be to assist you with a technical element of your running, eg descending, biomechanics, or your confidence in executing a session, eg pace judgement, maintaining your commitment to a session.
