You are into a good routine with your training but can’t seem to move onto the next level of performance; you have hit a plateau. 

You constantly pick up niggles or injuries and feel there is something wrong with your current training but need help to rehab back to safely running so you can then work towards racing again.

The Enhanced Personalised Endurance Coaching is specifically geared towards athletes aspiring to compete at National or International level /  anyone challenge themselves to race in complex events such as multi-day ultras, 100k plus ultras, extreme triathlons / athletes who’s life work balance makes planning bespoke on a week by week basis / or if you need an enhanced level of support with all aspects of your training such as nutritional, fuelling, mindset, motivation, and confidence.

How will your programme be delivered and supported

Your personalised training programme will be designed following a two stage consultation process and will be tailored to meet your current fitness level and future aspirations and will work in conjunction with an agreed racing schedule.Your training plan will provide individually training sessions including volume, intensity and duration, in the programming of each weeks training.

Training plans will be set in four-week blocks and reviewed on a four-weekly basis. Inbuilt within this will be the wrap round scheduling required for consistent improvement, e.g. progressive loading, rest, tapering, and cross-training.  If specific S&C is required this can be accessed as a separate programme; see Training Packages).

Enhanced Personalised Endurance Coaching is delivered through the platform you currently use; Garmin, Coros, Training Peaks, so that the programme is on your platform and you will retain access to all data moving forward. 

Contact with your coach will be through your preferred method; whatsapp, text, e-mail and can be used to make detailed changes to your plan and to offer support on an ongoing daily basis with your training.  A four-weekly review will be provided via recorded video and will give feedback on the previous block of training, details on the coming block of training and the rationale for all sessions.  Phone contact can be arrange on a weekly basis as required.

A minimum contract of 6 months is required to allow for an improvement in performance to be seen through settling into the training process and having time to impact positively on your racing. 

This is not a generic training programme and there is no AI input.  You will be working with real qualified and experienced coaches who specialise in the discipline(s) you favour and who work with a small number of athletes to guarantee the quality of coaching input and contact.
