• Two stage consultation process including a video / phone call
• Training planned by your own coach in 4-week blocks
• Training plans delivered through your preferred platform
• Ongoing review of training plan and racing preparation to reflect agreed changes
• Video review every 4 weeks, feeding back on previous block and providing rationale for next block of training
• Phone / video call available on a weekly basis
• Contact through your preferred method on an ongoing basis
• Minimum contract of 6-months to allow you to see some progress
• No substitute coaches or AI generated programming is used

Your Enhanced Personalised Endurance Coaching provides the same support as our Personalised Endurance Coaching but with three main enhancements:

1. Ongoing reviewing and alterations to your bespoke training plan as required
2. Weekly phone / video calls as required
3. Tailored to meet the needs of athletes who aspire to compete at National or International level, OR want to challenge themselves to race in ‘complex’ events such as multi-day ultras, 100k plus ultras, extreme triathlons, OR have a life work balance that requires planning on a week by week basis, OR need an enhanced level of support with any aspect of your training such as nutritional, fuelling, crewing for races, mindset, motivation, and confidence.

Your personal coach will be a specialist in your specific endurance discipline and have experience in supporting athletes to the event of your choice or level of competition.  Coaches have qualifications and experience supporting athletes in all aspects of their training and racing.
