An event specific package could help you to do just that and teach you the skills along the way which you can then build on for future events.
Each event distance will require a different lead in time to achieve the best possible outcome for you:
5k for beginners – 8 weeks
10k – 8 weeks if 5k race ready
Half Marathon – 12 weeks if 10k race ready
Marathon – 12 weeks if Half Marathon race ready
Ultra / running element of multi-events – this will be agreed depending on your current level of experience and fitness and the specifics of the event
Training plan via Garmin or excel, detailing specific training sessions. Minimum contract as above.
Weekly contact via e-mail / text / messenger, four-week reviews and discussion via phone /skype
£60 per four-week block
